These events are a great way to meet face-to-face with tons of local vendors but if you’ve never been to one before, you may need a few pointers on how to make the most of your day. This may be surprising, but you can save yourself a lot of time by printing labels with your personal information in advance. Some vendors will have raffles and giveaways, and having labels printed will save you from the grueling process of writing your name, phone number, email address, and wedding date over and over.


If you’re the type of person that likes making lists, you may find that you want to have a notepad and pen to write down information. You’ll likely get information from each vendor, but if someone really stands out, you may want to make a note so you remember them later on!

There will be tons of food available for you to try, so make sure you don’t eat right before you arrive! Caterers, bartenders, and bakeries will provide samples for you to try—after all, why would you choose one of these vendors without giving their product a taste test?


These vendors are at the event for one reason only—they want to help you have the perfect wedding. You have so many options, so why not get all of the information that you can about each of them? Even if you think you’ve found a vendor that is perfect for your wedding, there may be another similar vendor in the room who provides the same service for a better price.
